Information used by the platform

The platform processes account and profile information, contributor relationships, consent and agreement records, and protected operational and financial records where relevant to your account. Clerk manages sign-in credentials and sessions. Browser consent does not authorize a payment, change an agreement or subscribe you to marketing.

Browser storage and choices

Necessary authentication and security storage remains available when optional categories are declined. Optional preferences and temporary performance diagnostics require your choice. See the Cookie Policy for the exact World Footage storage keys and proposed lifetimes. No analytics collection is enabled in this release.

Service providers

The application uses Clerk for authentication, Vercel for application hosting, Neon for application database hosting and AWS for configured storage and infrastructure. Provider-report access credentials stay in protected server-side configuration, not in this consent record or optional browser cache. Links or sign-in redirects to other providers are subject to those providers' own notices.

Newsletter and product-update choices

Marketing email choices are separate from cookie preferences and essential account or payment messages. Where newsletter signup is enabled, your explicit signup choice or a choice from your verified account is required; newsletter signup does not require an email confirmation. We keep consent history and delivery restrictions to respect withdrawals, bounces and complaints. Amazon SES is the selected email delivery provider; this staging foundation does not enable bulk campaigns or Production sending.

Use the unsubscribe link in your email or Email preferences to change marketing choices. Unsubscribing does not disable essential account or payment notices. Subscriber retention, deletion and international-transfer details require owner review before Production.

Retention and security

The proposed browser lifetimes are 180 days for consent, up to 24 hours for the optional playback position and 20 minutes for an optional sign-in support reference. Account, audit, report and financial retention are separate from browser storage. Their retention schedules, legal bases, recipients and international-transfer safeguards require owner confirmation; this draft does not invent deletion periods for those records.

Requests and withdrawal

Use Manage cookies under Support in the website footer to withdraw optional browser consent at any time. You can contact us about access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. The applicable rights, identity-verification process and supervisory-authority information must be confirmed for the final policy. Withdrawing optional browser consent does not erase financial or audit records.
